Technical description

High motor power and a rigid machine structure allow for turning using high-speed steel, cemented carbide, and ceramic indexable insert tools. The TUJ-560M and TUJ-630M lathes feature electromagnetic clutches and a backlash eliminator.

A wide spindle speed range enables economical operation for both roughing and finishing operations on cast iron, steel, and non-ferrous metals.

The universal feed gearbox and machine kinematics allow for cutting a broad range of threads:

  • diametral pitch

The standard version of the TUJ-560M and TUJ-630M lathes is built in the metric system with a C11 spindle nose.
