TUJ-380 CNC lathe: automated geometric discipline

Full control over series production. Series machining does not accept compromises in kinematic stiffness. The TUJ-380 CNC removes operator variability by handing tool path control to CNC - SINUMERIK or FANUC - coupled with precision ball screws.

The foundation remains a heavy cast-iron bed that damps vibration in the cutting zone. Drive power combined with fast slide positioning shortens cycle time while holding micron-level repeatability.

Kinematic parameters

• Positioning accuracy: no measurable backlash / stick-slip in the feed chain.
• Spindle: rated for high thermal and radial loads in continuous duty.
• Control: stable NC interpretation for complex contours and multi-pass cycles.

Process scope

Series turning of small and medium parts from a single set-up, with feeds, speeds and offsets kept measurable on the shop floor and in field service.
