Absolute control of workpiece geometry. CNC-class cutting needs a mechanical base that holds under high cutting forces. On the TUJ-560MEF and TUJ-630MEF, precision rests on a rigid structure and ball-screw slide drives - the basis for eliminating backlash.
SINUMERIK or FANUC control owns micron feed repeatability and supports conventional, semi-automatic and fully automatic modes. Main drive power is held at a stable 11 kW class for continuous industrial duty.
Process architecture
