Machine-tool service: control of production time
Eliminating downtime risk. A machine stop is a critical process break. FMT service interventions are based on measurement and assembly-line experience - restoring kinematic stiffness with minimal time offline.
We cover emergency repairs, geometry calibration and full overhauls under warranty and post-warranty conditions. Own stock of parts for current and archival models (including RUP 28/280 and the TUJ series) shortens response time versus external supply chains.
Intervention scope
Mechanical diagnostics of spindle stiffness and slide clearances, geometric checks, spare-parts logistics and return-to-production verification.
