TUJ lathe overhauls: restoring original geometry
A physical reset of cutting parameters. Long turning duty wears ways and bearing systems. Using our design knowledge and production plant, we run full capital overhauls of the TUJ family - not temporary patches. We rebuild machine discipline.
The kinematic chain is stripped, measured and restored to the stiffness required for series production and precision thread cutting. Work follows original DTR documentation; post-rebuild geometry matches the tolerance regime of a new FMT assembly drawing.
